Start with what the game states
Record the weapon name, displayed properties and any explicit restrictions. Keep observed effects separate from tooltip claims, and attach the build number when contributing evidence.
Account for the actual cost
A forging choice should use the current recipe shown in the build. We do not invent material quantities or assume that every stronger weapon uses the same path.
Relate readiness to the objective
Use the Blood Moon checklist to note your current weapon readiness. The checkbox records your judgment; it does not tell you that a particular tier or damage value is sufficient.
