Is Magic the same as a Technique?
No. Steam describes Combat Techniques as innate, while most Magic is learned out in the world. The full ability catalogue and values still require verification.
Does the notebook identify Apostles?
No. It saves your observations and your own suspicion rating locally. It has no game connection, automated guilt score or public player database.
