Clarify the destination
Read the current match objective instead of relying on an assumed map layout. A route note should describe recognizable landmarks and hazards that your group has actually seen. No coordinates in this wiki are invented.
Assign attention, not imaginary classes
Agree who watches the convoy, who reports threats and who keeps track of the route. These are communication responsibilities. They do not establish official tank, healer or escort classes.
Carry forward relevant evidence
A prior contradiction can still matter during an ambush, but a long debate can obscure an immediate threat. Preserve notes for discussion and use short, specific observations during movement.
